ABOUT

MENTAL DISCIPLINE

Mental Discipline is the synthpop and futurepop project of Alex Mental. Since 2008, soaring melodies, driving electronic rhythms, and deeply personal lyrics have been at the heart of its sound.

From Constellation to Past Forward, Nothing to Die For, and the new chapter, Bring the Light: music for the dancefloor and for everything you carry home.
